When you purchase a license, we collect your email address and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details). Benchmark results you choose to submit are collected to populate the public leaderboard.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver your license key and support your account.
• To display anonymized or attributed benchmark results on the public leaderboard (only with your consent at submission time).
• To communicate important updates about AIBench.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing.
• Vercel / Neon — for hosting and database infrastructure.

4. Benchmark Data

The AIBench client runs locally on your machine. Hardware telemetry is only transmitted when you explicitly choose to submit results. Submitted results may be displayed publicly on the leaderboard. You can request removal of your results by contacting us.

5. Cookies

We use minimal session cookies required for the purchase flow. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Data Retention

License and purchase records are retained for up to 7 years for accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to license holders.
